This 14k gold pendant was converted from an antique stick pin (circa 1900-1910) by removing the pin stem and adding a gold bail. It features a carved shell cameo of Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep, and a single diamond accent.
The piece measures 1.1 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0.75 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
