Garnet, the birthstone of January, is said to symbolize constancy and truth.
This pendant was converted from an antique pin (circa 1880) by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail. It features a violet of glistening bohemian garnets with a gold filled backing.
The piece measures 1.3 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1.1 inches wide. It is in very good condition.
